You don't really have anything to do but you don't want to hang out with the person you said it to.

Mostly used after just having sex...

Guy: that was awesome but " I have things to do"
Girl: Oh?
Guy: Yep.
Girl: Gets dressed and leaves.
Guy: Turns on xbox and plays video games
