1. A person from south Cymru (Wales)

2. A Cymry (Welsh person) who is NOT a gog, usually hwntw is only used by gogs but is becoming more common.

Llywellyn was born in Caerphilly, that makes him a hwntw.

Gogs tend to speak more Cymraeg (Welsh) whereas hwntws usually speak English.
