When one has absolutely nothing to say, this can be said. In the complete opposite approach, if one does not have the words to express their extremely deep thoughts, saying this word is necessary. It can also be used to sum up very detailed/long responses. Hopotch is great to announce one's presence, gain someone's attention or allow people to agree with what you are saying.

Hopotch is a word of love in such a complicated universe where nothing is a guarantee. Math, science and everything else created by humans may be wrong. However there is one constant entity and that is hopotch. Hopotch is the only thing that exists that is truly divine, pure and correct. It is a word summing up all the goodness, curiousity and feeling in the universe. In essence, hopotch describes the mechanisms that allow our lives to run and truly expresses a human's deepest thoughts. It should be used whenever one cannot think of the words to express their feelings. Moreover, hopotch unites people under a common term of agreement which makes it great in debates or to defuse dangerous/stressful situations.
