A hootnow can be used to replace anything really. If you’re not sure what term to use to describe something, just call it a hootnow!
Person 1: hey man what are you drinking there?
Person 2: oh, just one of them Hootnows!
Person 1: Say, give me one of them hootnows!
Person 2: oh, just one of them Hootnows!
Person 1: Say, give me one of them hootnows!
