3. can be used to mean boring.

4. can be dismissive.

4. pretty much whatever you want it to be, it fits basically anywhere.

pooch hooch

A non-alcoholic "beer" for man's best friend.

Fred: Everytime I open a brewski now, Duke shoots me one of his "Hey, where the hell is MY beer?" looks... If we're having a beer, he's gotta have a pooch hooch!

Pooch-hooch

Pooch is a dog or puppy and hooch is what we called our abode while in Viet-Nam. It can also be defined a place where the hubby goes when the wife is pissed off at him.
