When someone, while high on marijuana, puts eye drops on one eye but is either too stupid or too high and forgets to put them in the other eye.

eye high is basically the feeling you get when you are smoking a cigarette and the smoke burns your eye for max 5 seconds. The simple scientific explanation for it would be: when the smoke penetrates your cornea you get this instant burn. Which is mainly because your cornea is way too sensitive for the nicotine and could not handle the slight pain that causes your eye to get high, but only for a few seconds.
