The less than subtle attemp to seduce someone by displaying strong animal tendencies.

In a classic exaple of head pecking one might say "you have no idea how bad I wanna peck your head right now!"

pushed into societys language from some half awake chav,is generally stated when anyone does something remotley annoying. followd or associated with some swearing

Pekingese Head

A disparaging epithet used to describe a person whose hair is poufed-out and cascading on the sides while their face looks like it‘s been flattened by a two-by-four.

That poor thing definitely has a bad case of Pekingese Head.
