When you're eating ham and some falls into your toe gaps.

I was eating a ham sammy and some of it fell out and I caught it with my toe, giving myself a hamletoe.

Ham folded over egg and cheese. Add other toppings if you like: oregano, tomatoes, bread, pickles...

I'd like to order a Hamlette with a side of fries and some Tang.
