A word from Indonesian Language. It is from a word "halusinasi" which means hallucinations. But in the context here, the word "halu" means 'being delusional'. It is used when the conversation opponent is doubting the statement that the other person is saying.

A : Holounggas bukan makanan (holobird is not a food)
B : HALU! (you're being delusinal/ doubt)

kaifa-haluk or kaifa haluki/ek(feminine) is the arabic phrase for "how are you". this is more formal compared to "keeyfuk", however there are different ways to say "how are you" in arabic and they vary from region to region.
