kaifa-haluk or kaifa haluki/ek(feminine) is the arabic phrase for "how are you". this is more formal compared to "keeyfuk", however there are different ways to say "how are you" in arabic and they vary from region to region.

guy: asalaamu alaikum habibi, kaifa- haluk?

girl: ana bekhayr, shukran.
