A term referring to Hispanics and their use of vans in all situations. Most Hispanics are seen in vans and if a Hispanic is not seen in a van, he is assumed to be jobless. This term also applies to any Hispanic who rides in a van driven by another Hispanic. There is around twenty Hisvanics in any one van but that number can be greater.
