Grugsidy

A government grant, or other taxpayer funded subsidy, that is instantly wiped from memory once it has been received, like it never actually happened.

Simon: I shouldn’t have to pay tax, because I’m a lifter and I believe in small government...
Simon’s mate: Hold on Simon, wasn’t your whole life funded by the government?
Simon: Orrr, nah, that was a grugsidy.
