Greygender

Greygender (graygender): a person who identifies as (at least partially) outside the gender binary and has a strong natural ambivalence about their gender identity or gender expression. They feel they have a gender(s), as well as a natural inclination or desire to express it, but it’s weak and/or somewhat indeterminate/indefinable, or they don’t feel it most of the time, or they’re just not that invested in it. They’re not entirely without a gender or gender expression, but they’re not entirely “with” it either, so to speak. The term was coined by tumblr user invernom.
I'm greygender. My experience of gender is weak and I'm not very invested in it.

GeorgeNDerek

Can be used as a verb or adjective, sometimes even a noun.

Verb - To drive into non-existence. To literally suck so bad at running a company that you run all of your good employees away. To hog all the money for you and your wife's gas cards that you forget to pay your employees what they are worth.

Noun - An absolute travesty of a situation.

Adjective - FUBAR

As productive as stinking your junk in a blender, but less painful.
"Holy shit, did you see what that company did? They sure as hell GeorgeNDereked themselves."

"Why don't you go and GeorgeNDerek yourself?"

"I literally shit on my employees and pay them minimal wages. Dude, that's so GeorgeNDerek."

More from Urban Dictionary
West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
Some grebo passed with Sabbath playing on his stereo.
The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
They're playing nu-metal now, bloody grebos!
