1. A greasy lettuce, such as can be found in many fast food burgers if not all.

2. An expression of disgust when describing a girls physical appearance

Guy1: Mate, i heard you pulled a fitty last night?

Guy2: Ah sack that man, she was absolutely grettuce!

Man: 1 extra large burger, hold the grettuce.
