All things glitter and sparkles. To decorate something with typically an excess of glitter.

Could also refer to a state of mind, like smashing a goal but with lots of pizzaz, glitz and glamour.

Oglitterate 

(verb): The intentional process of applying sparkly objects (glitter/sequins/bedazzles/unicorn poop) to your body/your outfit as an accessory.

Used to introduce an element of klass or obstensive wealth.

"We are meeting at the Finishing-School before the 'Rainbow Glitter Magic Sparkle Party' to listen to music, have a cocktail and generally oglitterate ourselves. It's not a thing."
