A giga tard is an extremely jacked person who suffers from FAS (fetal alcohal syndrome) and is likely a retard due to this. A giga tard is normally found in countries with lower income per capita.
Parents tend to be stressed, not knowing how they are going to afford having a child, this causes them to drown their problems in a bottle resulting in, THE GIGATARD.
