Ghost bullying

A form of Absence Bullying. It is severe psychological control and intimidation exerted by a party who is no longer physically present in the victim’s daily life, yet maintains a dominant influence through total silence, the blocking of all communication, and the weaponisation of fear. Unlike traditional bullying, it is the 'bullying of the void'—using a tactical blackout to cause mental distress to parents and children.

My ex has been Ghost Bullying me for three by blocking all contact with my kids; the silence is a weapon that hurts them more than words ever could.
