Gangefication 

When you rent/lease a unit to Indian people causing an intense curry smell to linger (even if they moved out). This causes damage to the property, and only other Indians would be willing to move in.

Nah, don’t rent there. That place had hella gangefication. You’d never get rid of that smell!

Grannification

When a normal object or area is subjected to lavander, doily's or an elderly females touch. This can happen with hours or even minutes.

My new elderly tennant moved in today and within a matter of hours the house was subjected to grannification. There were doily's everywhere.

The act of taking something without paying, or the intent of paying for it in any way. Can be used for basically any situation in which something is taken.
