A portmanteau of full and hungry, when you are not hungry but want to eat.

Fatima: "How as your day?"
Jojo: "Ugh, I had a tough day at work. Let's go to Chipotle."
Fatima: "Didn't you just eat?"
Jojo: "But I'm FULLUNGRY!"

A combination of Fully and hungry.

When someone is Extremely hungry they would use the word flungry, instead of fully hungry.
