To endorse another person "full-throated" is to participate in the human-centipede of eating 100% of another person shit of lies and disinformation. The head shits lies and passes (excreted) along to the next. i.e.

Elon Musk and X, like a human-centipede, endorse Trump full-throated, consuming and passing along his lies and bullshit misinformation.
