A disease mostly found in kids or teenagers (typically around 10-16 years) that is obsessed with either of the following: Fortnite, modern rappers, gold chains, or any type of expensive shoes. Most of the time they're an asshat and talk too much. They like to boast or talk alot about what they're obsessed with. Basically modern douchebaggery on another level.
Hey, remember that one guy we were talking to? He seemed like he had fuckboyism since he was talking about how much wins and v-bucks he has in Fortnite, not only that but he just seemed annoying, showing off his expensive Jordans.

Symptoms include having a different group of friends inside and outside of school/work, building a perfect social media identity, dressing in clothes they don't like, and hiding their actual intrests while in public.
Social fuckboyism is ironic, because those afflicted with it will act out a second personality in public because they think it will make them happy and well-liked, while often having the opposite effect.
