Frytaying

The act of cooking very fresh, nearly alive food with butter and oil such that the food itself "jumps" and "bounces" without help from the chef.

We tossed those frog's legs into the hot skillet and them buggers were so fresh they started kicking. Now that's frytaying.

Cleatus and me skinned them bullheads and threw 'em in the cast iron pan and them things all started flopping around like they was trying to get out. Wee Doggie we was frytaying them rascals.
