Freci menta

“You’re rubbing the mint” is its translation from Romanian but it is used to tell someone they are not doing anything.
It comes from the idea that rubbing mint on a table was one of the more pleasant works a slave could do, and it was very easy.

“Iar stai și freci menta?” = You are rubbing the mint again?
“Nu mai freca menta!” = Stop rubbing the mint!
