Young men eagerly wait all year for this day to indulge in their fingering fantasies. Prime Minister of France, Édouard Phillipe, is facing strict sanctions and threats to be removed from the United Nations by other member states if he does not discontinue the holiday. However, Phillipe rightfully claims the legacy of Fransisco the Mad Fingerer is too important to the history of France and his legacy must be celebrated. As of now, this holiday will continue to be celebrated.
