Definition: The act of rapidly sticking one’s tongue out and moving it up and down as fast as possible while ensuring it touches the top lip with each motion.

Example 1:
Jake started Floyd Licking in the middle of class, and now the whole school is doing it!
Example 2:
She challenged me to a Floyd Licking contest, but I couldn’t keep up with her speed.
