Is when a person walking behind you gives you a "flat-tire" while your wearing flip-flops , while with a true "Floplock" it could be assumed that both parties could be wearing flip-flops ,it can be construed that the phenomenon could still be happen while the following person was wearing any type of foot wear due to the fact that the lead person stumbles.
I was walking on the beach at Lake Tahoe last weekend and a person walking behind me stepped on the back of my flipflop causing me to stumble ..all embarrassed she said "I'm sorry giving you a flatire ..and I said jokingly "it's not really a flatire, it's more of a floplock.
