An person who is a bit slow. He/ has enormous eyes and can use them to shoot laser beam out of it. If you stare at them too long your eyes will start growing larger too. That is why a lot of squinty-eyed person tries to find these being to help with their squinty eyes. If you ever see one in real life you should puch his/her mom's in the tits.
