A person who is a Fatneek that farts a lot. Usually they will cup their farts and waft them into your mouth.

Keith: Oh my god dude. That girl over there stinks of shit.
Kevin: Oh yeah wow, she's a proper fartneek.
Keith: Holy shit, she's wafting it all around her. Let's get away from here ASAP.
