Adjective used to describe the action of spying or stalking on ex's, friends and foes through the webiste of Facebook. (Also see Myspy.)

In reference to Facebook, the act of wasting hours of time locating new "friends" through your current Facebook friends.

"Dude man, I was doing some Facetrace and I found this smokin hot girl named Lindsay. She's one of Casey's friends."
