The Second Eyelock

Accidentally making eye contact with a random person in public a second time, making things really awkward.

Effects of the second eye lock include trying not to look in the general direction of the person you locked eyes with & other general awkwardness.

The second eyelock is one of the most awkward things that can occur to you in public, apart from the Third Eyelock, which is too awkward to define.
