Extinctual

Unlike the Instinctual, which is an automatic response created within a species through normal evolution for the survival of the species, an extinctual response is a misguided intellectual or ignorant reaction to environmental stimuli resulting in a negative outcome for, or even possibly extinction of, the species, or the egregore of a species.
