A very colorful phrase, It’s real origin lies within the PES MOBILE community , named in honour of a player called Amer Etemad who pioneered the abuse of the ‘long ball’ glitch in the game, often coming back from 3-0, 4-0 down after halftime, he frustrated the fuck out of players who mostly had no way to combat this toxic & effective tactic.

Dude 1 : Real Madrid is 2-0 down after the first leg to Wolfsburg, I don’t see them winning the tie

we were having a really good time, until the etemans showed up with their stinky cologne and cheap malt liquor and the place cleared right out. When i left, there were just a few drunken etemans sitting in the corner spouting drunken freestyle rhymes and talking about tough suburban life.
