When you are apologising for silly trivial things, that don't actually require a real apology. Can be used ironically.

I espologise for the typo.

I sent it by mistake, I espologise.
I called you a bitch, I espologise.

Expologize 

If you are really sorry and would like to apologize and excuse yourself at the same time, this the word to use!

Two ways of using:
I expologize for bumping into you.

I explogize myself. (excuse if you did not attend a class for example)

Epologise 

To apologise via email, chat, or social networking.

I'd like to epologise to all of you, as it is impossible for me to be there in person.
