A person or posse who enters into a village, town, or city simply to cause havoc and incite violence, yet in a formulated and intelligent way (I.e dueling).
A man new to a town enters a bar and causes a fight or disturbance. Other man in bar recognizes his intentions and mannerisms and shouts “WE HAVE AN ENTERN!”
