"Dyggee" is a term used as a joke to describe someone who looks like Duggee the cute cartoon dog from a children's TV show. Duggee is a dog who is the leader of the squirrels club and takes viewers through adventures. DYGGEE, however is a mispronunciation of Duggee and was popularized in a vine. In the vine, the person calls his friend a "Dyggee" but his friend then corrects it and says "Don't you mean Duggee?" The person's mispronunciation was pointed it out and since then has been used as a joke in reference to the vine itself.
