Douche Cadet

A particular type of douchebag who boldly goes where no other douche has dared to go before... Finding new and irritating ways of being a total tool and douche.

This phrase was coined by Jared Ongie.

A junior douche. One who is almost a douche.

I wouldn't go as far as to say that he's a douche, but he certainly qualifies as a douchecadet.
