Works to your advantage because people who asked you the question don't even realize you avoided answering the question. For best results use while wearing a tophat

However, it is not overused if you are asking a question that pertains to another person and not you.

It is also used to hide a secret people are using.

Example 1

Zack: What time does Burger King open?
