When 2 (or more) people in a photo make awful expressions which are considered above PG in rating or even adult. Hannah and Oliver in photos.

- "Did you see Bob and George in that photo I took of them yesterday? It was so dodgy..."

Aside other regular uses, can be used as a euphamism for anything sexually related eg genitalia/pornography etc.
On a dodgy = surfing pornography
Watching a dodgy = watching pornography
Doing a dodgy = doing anything sexually related
