The fear or the thought of not wanting or being able to be consoled.

Patient: Doc, I believe I have an advanced anxiety, I don't believe ill ever be, or can find comfort.

Doctor: Ah, it sounds like disconsolia..

Patient: Mother fu- that's a made up word.

Doctor: It's the twenty first century.
