In context, the term "dick hair" is used in a literal sense to reference any hair that is on your body as a result of puberty (meaning underarm or facial hair does technically count as dick hair) but more importantly, it's used figuratively as a point of reference to a persons age, and their implied level of wisdom and experience.
2. Used as an exploitive, non-literal sense, specifically when saying "Bruh, you're trippin', man. You're smoking dick hair." This is essentially another way to say that the person is on bullshit, or out of their mind.

Entangled Dick Hair
When a flaccid male genitalia is caught and entangled by several surrounding pubic hair. Usually discovered when attempting to urinate. Men who experience this phenomena must be greatly cautious when untangling the wild pubes from their genitalia as they could risk a slight injury. The most common cause is when the penis has been resting or inactive for long periods of time in a high temperature climate without a cool draft to bring it out to full mass. This is more likely to occur if the man does not trim his bush, balls and derriere regularly.
