A term used solely by the Starship Roleplay community on Roblox, used to describe SSRP's horrible way of procuring moderators, that being; by simply getting developers to double as moderation. The result on the game has been catastrophic, hilarious or downright deplorable, with devmods freaking out and banning 6 people at a time over a trash can, posting models of horsecock onto a children's platform, erotically roleplaying with anatomically correct equines, or just being scumbags to their own community in general.
