Destiny's spear

Another spiritually inspired poem. Bud McKinney the Blackfoot redneck is the father of Christ Bob.
Bob=Body of Believer. Mercy for all those who accept my son.
Married to the truth and by my faith, I live.
You can take nothing from me that I wouldn't just give.
Your world began when you were birthed.
The good Book is for your life, not your death.
In the beginning, you were born. Innocent
Let there be light is a father's prayer that a newborn will have sight.
I give my word as my bond and handshake as the signature on that bond.
Jesus did not ask for water on the cross, and the Lord knew what he needed.
I am he who was dead but shall live forever,
My immortality can only be a son's spiritual endeavor.
God's instructions to the soldier, "END THE SUFFERING"
The spear is in the "Oklahoma Blackberry Plantation"
He is the one who can Unite this Nation.
Destiny’s spear”
My treasure is a spiritual gift yet unclaimed.

My spirit slips through the keyhole in the closed-door just the same.

The voice In my heart comes with Cadence and timing,

without effort, my words start rhyming.

All this is coming off the top of my head,

there is a crown missing for a man who was dead.

I baptized my son in the Holy Okie spirit

and promised him someday the whole world would hear it.

He is a RAM with his horns entangled

wondering how his life got so mangled.

He does not complain and has no fear

because my spirit is always near.

My mother Mary taught him the Bible,

and our ancestry has always been Tribal.

When god's son said why has thou forsaken me,

God sent a soldier with the spear of destiny.

Yes, all these words are shot from the hip,

and destiny's spear has a broken tip.

Fogey/fogy /fougi/ sl. (early 18C+, orig. Scot) old-fashioned, stuck-in-the mud.
Person with old fashioned ideas which he is unwilling to change: Come to the disco and stop being such an old fogey!
You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)

That dude’s such a pitpig, I have to wear deodorant to keep him at bay.

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
