Deekism

A joke/insult or statement that makes little or no sense to the current conversation, often completely out of context and can leave the listener confused or perplexed but usually in fits of laughter..

Person: "Deeks why are you always in the library.."
Deeks: "Sure maaaaaate i'll be there in 5 mins..."
Person: "What?"
Deeks: "haha..."
Person: "classic deekism"

The study of conditions of thought, commonly associated with the names of people who felt like patenting their moodiness. Deepism is often displayed as random name-dropping in a futile attempt to make the "dropper" seem intellectual.

The prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against desks.
