The worst station in America! Known for playing the same shit over and over again and again... Also know for playing "Rock" which is not actually rock. It would be classified as fake and emo pussy music. The music they play is foney rock by artist who cry and wear tight ass clothes. Dc 101 equals HORRIBLE MUSIC!

one of the better radio stations in the Washington DC metro area
the only one that comes close (some may argue, better then,.) is 99.1 WHFS

DC101 plays good music, the DJs dont jam the airwaves with mindless inchorent chatter and they dont play manufactured pop music.

Dude, I listen to DC101 all the time.

A station in the DC area that you think is ok while you're there, but as soon as you leave you realize it was actually shite.

It is owned by clearchannel and thus plays the same lineup of songs day after day...for months.

I used to sorta like that one song by Three Doors Down until DC101 played it several hundred times in a single week.

DC101 

probably one of the better radio stations in MD or the DC area. Plays a lot of Alternative, Hard Rock, a little bit of classic rock and everyonce in a while some hip hop such as Cypress Hill, House of Pain, and Beastie Boys.

Dont listen to DC 101 on Saturday's after 10 pm. THey have this segment called Flounder's Mash Ups which are some of the worst mash ups of all time. Some are okay but you are more than likely to hear a bad one.
