A man that was so powerful, he was equivalent to 30 million Goku's. Knowledge of this man is only contained in urban legends, but some say he is still out there. A group of teenagers even tried to turn the story of this man into an anime, but ultimately failed because one of the teenagers, Tyler, simply put it off so much that the project was unofficially canceled.
