D66'er 

An individual that can learn and remember books by heart but do not understand what it means. They mostly repeat or citate parts of books and documentaries but don't necessarily understand what it means.

Alice: "Well, if we would invest in nuclear reactors, we should be able, over time, to use less gas and heat our houses, with for example electrical heaters."

Minister of climate and energy: "Haha, I wonder how houses can be heated by nuclear reactors?!"

People: "Oh man, what a D66'er!"
