A kashmiri slang for a person who is dumbass and a dickhead, who doesnt know what the fuck he is doing. He often pokes his nose into matters of other people . He is basically a class clown type person except for that class clown is funny.

Allegedly, a Greek term for dick stemming from Greek "kotopoulo",chicken. Not sure if this is correct spelling but pronounciation is definately accurate.
