Crossoppled

Crossoppled means something's that out of line or off-centre or offending my OCDness. A picture may be hung crossoppled; a child may button his shirt crossoppled; a table can be set crossoppled (particularly by a southpaw); books on shelves may be crossoppled.

That notice board is all crossoppled.
