The act of placing one's testicles on someone's forehead, stretching one's taint over the top of someone's head, and hanging one's penis off the back of the recipients head, thus resembling a coon-skin cap worn by Davy Crockett.
"Hey, lets give my brother-in-law a coon-skin cap when he falls asleep! Then we can post pictures of it on facebook!"
