It's Cool We Can still be friends

One of the most beautiful songs ever written.
Ever, truely.
Written by conor oberst, of bright eyes.
"And you say that I hurt you, in a voice like a prayer
Yeah, you say that I've hurt you, and your voice is like a prayer. Yeah, well maybe I hurt you sometimes, let's contrast and compare...lift up your shirt, the wound isn't there. I guess that your truth, is just the ghost of your lies...
...Yeah, your kind of truth, darling, is just the ghost of your lies, & I see through them all the time...
...I'm pouring some whiskey right now, I'm going to get so, so drunk, that I pass out, & forget your face, by the time I wake up..."

Kid 1: "Have you heard that beautiful song by Conor Oberst"
Kid 2: "But there are so many!"

Kid 2: "Oooh, It's Cool We Can still be friends!"

it's cool

This can be quite confusing at first because this really means the opposite of cool. When you hear this term, its really not cool in fact it couldn't be more un-cool. Often hearing this means that the person thinks what you just said is totally un-cool, gay and that they are very upset, the person may in fact want to now punch a baby.
Me: Hey can I call you right back, Mike was trying to grill and there is a flaming whore running around in our backyard now. I really need to put her out.

Adeline: It's cool, call me whenever.

It's cool, dude

The exact opposite of cool. It's NOT cool. Usually said by sarcastic individuals while plotting revenge on whoever has said, thought or done something out of line, rude, disrespectful or just plain fucked up.

***WARNING: If you are the one hearing "It's cool, dude" be careful for at least the next few days if not years!!
Idiot: "Homie, I'm so sorry I talked all that trash to all of your friends and co-workers at that party last night. I was shitty drunk. Hope you still have your job Monday morning!"

Plotting person is deep in thought then replies with a sinister look on their face, "It's cool, dude. It's cool."

Nah, it's cool

This is a phrase you use when something absurd happens and you are about to beat the shit outta whoever did it to you, whether it be a game or not.
Ex 1)
Mark: *Throws the ball between your legs while doing a back flip over you, catching the ball mid-air, mid back flip into a exploding dunk.*
Bobby: Did you really just do that folks?, Nah it's cool...

Ex 2)
Trey: *Perfects the final boss on a fighting game*
Final Boss: Nah, it's cool...

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.
